Are my purchases insured?
Yes! We insure each purchase through UPS for no additional charge. It is our way of reassuring you that your purchases will be given the best care in transporting them from our store to your home.
Can I get my purchase gift wrapped?
Yes! We offer gift wrapping for an additional $5.00 per item wrapped. Your gift will be professionally wrapped with a small enclosure card for personalized gift giving. As you checkout, please type in the greeting information on the gift wrap section.
Can I purchase an item and have it sent to a different address?
Yes! We specialize in gift giving. If you'd like to purchase a gift and have it sent to another address, just let us know in the comments section in the checkout field. If you'd like, we offer gift wrapping, at an additional $5.00 charge per item wrapped. The wrapped gift includes a small enclosure card with whatever message you wish to express.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only if your reside in California. The sales tax rate is 7.25%.
Do you do backorders?
We do backorders occasionally. You will be notified if the item(s) are not in stock and are on back order. At that time, we will ask you what you'd like to have done. If the rest of your order is ready and available, we will ask you if you'd like to have part of the order shipped or to wait until the whole order is ready. If an item will not be available to ship until a certain date, and you wish to ship the partial order, shipping charges will apply to each order.

How do I track my Fed Ex delivery?
Fed Ex has given us a program to track your purchases. Just give us a call at (866) 467-9010 or email us at contact@hodgepl.com with your order information and we can track it down for you.
How much is shipping?
Shipping Information
Regular Shipping: (48 Continental United States) $6.95 Flat Rate ~ Fed Ex Ground Standard Delivery. See Fed Ex map to see where your home falls on the map to get the estimated delivery time.
Exceptions: This does not include the day it was shipped, weekends or holidays or if there are mechanical or weather related delays, which Fed Ex consider "beyond their control". Sorry, this is at the discretion of the shipping company, not Hodge Podge Lodge and we cannot refund shipping in this instance.
Alaska and Hawaii: Please add an additional $5.95 to the shipping charges up to the $74.99. After $75.00, a flat shipping charge of $15.95 will be added.
Shipping to a different address: If you'd like items sent to different address, you must place separate orders for each address. We also provide gift wrapping for a $5.00 fee. Easy ordering with the gift wrapped makes for an easy gift.
Shipping Times: Our goal is to have products ship usually within 24 Business Hours. (Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays not included). If your item is out of stock, you will be promptly notified. Notification will be through the e-mail address you've supplied us.
Rush Orders: Please contact a sales representative at our toll free number (866) 467-9010 and they will make every effort to help expedite “rush” situations.
Split Orders: Shipping on each order is to a single address and for a single shipment. If it is indicated on our Web site that an item will not be available to ship until a certain date, the other items on that order will need to be shipped at the same time, otherwise it would incur an additional shipping charge.
Is my personal information kept private?
Under no circumstances do we share any personal information with 3rd parties. All personal information is kept within Hodge Podge Lodge for our use in processing your orders. As you check out, you are asked if you would like to be on one of our email club lists. If you check this box or leave it checked you may from time to time receive Special Notifications, Sales or other information from Hodge Podge Lodge. Never at any time, have we nor will we, sell your email or other personal information to a 3rd party.
Your privacy is important and will be respected.
Is your fudge homemade?
Yes! We make our fudge the old fashioned way, in a large steel kettle! The fudge is made several times a week to ensure its freshness. We don't even mind if you tell your family you made it yourself!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, PayPal, or Money Orders. "Check Out" allows all these options.

What if my purchase is damaged?
We take extra precautions to ensure that your orders are carefully packed and leave our warehouse in good condition. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee that your order will arrive in the same good condition. When you receive your order, please examine the merchandise immediately for any damage. If you do have any item(s) that are damaged, please contact us right away so that we can file a claim with UPS. It is very important that you also save the box and all packaging material that the damaged item(s) were shipped in for inspection by UPS. Failure to do this could result in UPS denying the claim. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order about any damaged item(s) in your shipment. Sorry, but we cannot honor damage claims that are made after this time.

contact@hodgepl.com and one of our customer service team members will assist you. All returns must be authorized in order for us to be able to track them and give it a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). No returns will be excepted without the RMA.

Hodge Podge Lodge will refund the cost of any returned items if it is returned within the specified time and conditions. Sorry, we do not reimburse customer return costs.

All items are sent "Insured" with the shipper. If there is any damage at the time you receive the item you must notify us immediately. Any sign of external package damage must be noted to the shipping company (UPS) at the time of delivery.
